Owing to concerns in the Home Improvement Industry regarding sub-contracted labour, C&G decided from the outset to employ their own sales and installation teams, thus enabling the company to have full control over it's workforce and ensuring the professional high standards that have become synonymous with C&G's workmanship.

C&G were one of the first Swish approved Installers in the UK, holding both commercial and domestic registrations. Following this success, C&G were approached by Sarnafil to become registered installers of their PVCu waterproof flat roofing system, and have been installing Sarnafil for the past 9 years.

Having been established for so long and with over 10500 satisfied customers, C&G take their responsibilities to their clients very seriously, especially in the current climate of 'Rogue Traders'. That is why C&G are a limited company with full public and product liability insurance and offer the customer a product solution satisfaction and aftersales care that is second to none - something I'm sure you will agree can be only too rare in this day and age.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and have independant audits carried out periodically. The following audit report was compiled on 4th May 2005 from a total of 2,473 orders with a value of £6,021,569 :

To summarise and help put things into perspective, the equivalent survey completed by the Office of Fair Trading put the average overall satisfaction figure at 87%.
